1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and mwplay ("mwplay," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the mwplay online gaming platform available at mwplay.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on mwplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

mwplay reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the mwplay Platform. This requirement is in strict compliance with Philippine gambling regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. mwplay reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The mwplay Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mwplay makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on mwplay, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. mwplay reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active mwplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. mwplay employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mwplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mwplay username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity. mwplay will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your mwplay account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify mwplay support immediately. mwplay will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation. mwplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

mwplay operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your mwplay account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. mwplay reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mwplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). mwplay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on mwplay is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though mwplay reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes. Deposits are generally credited to your mwplay account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. mwplay aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. mwplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

mwplay is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored for suspicious activity. mwplay reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are connected to fraudulent or illegal activity. Such cases may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

mwplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your mwplay account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mwplay strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, mwplay reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

mwplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform. mwplay's decision on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions is final and binding.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the mwplay Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. mwplay accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on mwplay use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer games are conducted in real time with human dealers and are subject to continuous oversight. mwplay does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mwplay Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Placing wagers on behalf of third parties or acting as an agent for other players.
• Any conduct that mwplay reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, mwplay reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. mwplay's decision in such circumstances is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the mwplay Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of mwplay or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the mwplay Platform without the prior written consent of mwplay.

The mwplay name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of mwplay. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of mwplay without prior written authorisation.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mwplay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

mwplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mwplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mwplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mwplay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

mwplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on mwplay, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mwplay implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and mwplay cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

11 Amendments to Terms

mwplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, mwplay will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the mwplay Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4 of these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the mwplay Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

mwplay operates in alignment with the guidelines and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
